Since changing to Ray Dobson Real Estate, Geoff Heap has been most obliging and sincere with his ideas and interest to sell my property. Immediately Geoff organized a letterbox drop in the local area together with the advertisement in the newspaper which resulted in some interested buyers. I really appreciated Geoff’s assurance that he would only have authentic interested buyers look through the property. Geoff was very particular with photos and even helped trim tree branches prior to taking photos. At all times Geoff handled the sale with professionalism and integrity being very obliging throughout the whole process. I had a high level of confidence in Geoff that the property would be sold. On reflection it would have been prudent to secure Geoff’s services much earlier than I had sought to do so.

Gerry was able to sell our home within a week of listing it and the service was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. With our less than satisfactory experience with another agent recently, Ray Dobson Real Estate, in our opinion, is by far the best in town.
