We really appreciated the work Gerry put in (much of it out of hours) to make our sale stick. Throughout the process Gerry kept in regular contact so we knew where we stood at all times. We like the fact we were able to live in our home while selling without turning it into a display home for open for inspections, which we hate. You operate in a much more personal and private way.
