Geoff Heap and Christine Hill were amazing. I always knew they would sell my property but did not believe it would happen so quickly. I was not quite ready to sell but Geoff asked if he could take some photos of the interior of my house and one of the gardens, as he had a buyer in mind. These people were keen to purchase a property with a granny flat. The photos were taken on Monday and my property was sold on Tuesday. It was that quick.
